May We Pause....

May we pause before we react with our "autopilot system"… May we pause… Hold the reaction in our center and ask it what it’s really communicating. Sometimes the obvious outer expression of a reaction is just a protective shell… So hold space for it (be with it, without creating a reaction to it, identifying nor even labeling it) and allow it open up to reveal the whisper inside...
