When someone walks in with an ache or a long-standing issue, a lot of times the message is given that this is just how their life is now. They accept discomfort, tense into it, or push themselves toward more extreme solutions—heavier exercise, aggressive routines, or drastic interventions.
In my private sessions, we explore a different path. My experience and belief is that the body isn’t dysfunctional, it's just adapting and doing everything it can to help you carry on the daily demands no matter what it takes. Nicky’s fascination with the human body began long before her formal studies ever did. From as early as she can remember, she was exploring, questioning, and trying to understand how we move, heal, and come alive. As she entered adulthood, that natural curiosity deepened into formal study—and she hasn’t stopped since.
She has worked alongside many practitioners—like chiropractors, physical therapists, lab specialists, and biologists—as well as countless clients navigating challenges that traditional care sometimes overlooks.
