Welcome Home My Friend,

Walking into a yoga studio for the first time can feel like a big step. Maybe you’re brand new,  you’ve been away for years, or maybe you’re just curious. However you arrive, you’re welcome here and will feel right at home.

 

​You’ll find teachers who see you. Classes that meet you where you are. A quiet, steady community that reminds you you belong.

To keep our classes cozy and personal, we ask everyone to save their spot ahead of time.

Your First Class: What to Expect

We've thought of everything, so you don't have to worry.

🌿 Arrive a Little Early
Give yourself 10-15 minutes before class to settle in, meet your teacher, and find your spot.
🌿 What to Bring
A yoga mat, & water. If you don’t have them, no worries—we’ve got extras.
🌿 What to Wear
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Nothing fancy needed. Shoes stay at the door so we can all feel grounded.
🌿 What to Leave Behind
Stress, expectations, and your phone. This is your time.
