GLOWGA

This is such a unique experience! A dark room, filled with black lights while being bathed in incredible music. A class to really connect with your body, get out of your mind and just feel free again! 

As children we are so connected with the moment and in our bodies, finding freedom in the experience and through exploration. Glowga offers an opportunity to be easily immersed in the experience and in the moment fully immeresed in all the senses. A class of pure freedom and flow.

 

 
GLOWGA is a unique experience where you are immersed in music. Minimal verbal cueing is done in a dark room with black lights enchanced with a creative yoga flow.
 
Due to design of class it is advised to be a little familar with poses (not recommended for serious injuries and absolute beginners for it is less steady paced and there are less instructions).
