Posture and breathing are emphasized in this beginner class. You will learn foundation poses and how to flow from them. The intention is to gain flexibility and range of motion, while bringing quality of life back into your life. This confidence-building class will give you all the powerful tools you need for an enhanced yoga practice that will serve you for the rest of your life. Come strengthen your body and your mind.
